Software Developer (Part-time/ 6months Internship)

Responsibilities：

  • Assist web and moblie application development, implementation, testing and problem-solving on web or mobile
  • Work close with our energetic team and participate in our product development
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
  • Develop latest technology and apply to company

Requirements：

  • Diploma or University students in Computer Science, Information Technology, Pure Science or any other disciplines (other disciplines are also welcome)
  • Basic understanding with Javascript
  • Experience with PHP, jQuery, Mysql, Basic bash, Linux cli is an advantage
  • Mature, self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn
  • Love coding, strong problem solving skills and a good team player
  • Be prepared to work in a demanding startup environment and love challenges

Digital Marketing Associate (6 months Internship)

Responsibilities :

  • Creating the brand awareness of Tutor Circle through effective implementation of digital marketing strategies
  • Managing and implementing of digital marketing initiatives: website, mobile, social media (including Facebook Page and Instagram) to drive revenue from online customers within required timescales and budgets.
  • Working closely with IT & Design colleagues to ensure advertising campaigns going smooth
  • Evaluating and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and Monitor ROI from campaigns to continually improve performance

Requirements：

  • University/ Diploma Student (Fresh secondary school graduates will also be considered, major in BBA or Marketing is preferred)
  • Chinese words processing
  • Good written skill in Traditional Chinese
  • Work well on ad-hoc articles
  • Experience in copywriting/editing -Mature, self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and willing to learn.
  • Knowledge in SEM, SEO,Instagram, Facebook advertising, Content Marketing will be a plus
  • Good organization skill, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
  • Design sense, know of social media language and trend
  • Be prepared to work in a demanding startup environment
  • Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin and English

Senior SEO & Content Specialist / SEO & Content Specialist

We expect you to:

  • Write, edit, and update educational and lifestyle contents on Tutor Circle Blog
  • Research on trending topics and keywords for SEO content
  • Understand the needs and pain points of our target audiences (students, youths and parents)
  • Handle editorial/ advertorial content and interview -Manage Social Media platforms including content creation (mainly FB post and IG story)
  • Create visual graphics and promotion materials You will learn how to: -Provide high-quality content with outstanding traffic and SEO ranking
  • Familiar with CMS, SEO techniques and basic design skills
  • Familiar with SEO analytics tools and perform regular audit
  • Create attractive content and visual on blog and social media

We hope you are：

  • Excellent writing skills in Traditional Chinese and Cantonese (~30WPM)
  • Mature, detail-minded, hardworking and WILLING TO LEARN
  • Creative, Self-motivated showing strong sense of media content creation, and able to follow guideline and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of producing educational and lifestyle contents is preferred
  • Being familiar with social media operations is preferred

Administrative & HR Officer/Assistant Officer

Responsibilities

  • Assist in full spectrum of office administration and HR functions
  • Support office administration work such as prepare the management report, data maintenance and organizing company events
  • Assist in implementing of all Administration and HR related policies and procedures to ensure the efficiency of company operations
  • Perform daily work including monthly payroll calculations, final payment calculation, preparation of MPF filing, etc Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma and above in any disciplines
  • Fresh grad are also welcome
  • 1 year or above relevant working experience
  • Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, fast learner, self-motivated
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

Product Manager/ Junior Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to help build the next generation of tutoring experience. As a product manager at Tutor Circle, you will prioritise product ideas to fuel our company's strategic goal. On this team, you will work with a group of passionate and talented engineers and designers to solve some of the most challenging problems the company is facing. You will need to wear many hats, work smart and iterate quickly.


What You'll Do

  • Understand (and create) business strategy and direction using data and research to build for the future
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements and wireframes to enhance user experience
  • Work closely with the other members and other internal stakeholders
  • Break down key projects and prioritise features to maximise ROI
  • Communicate clearly to product and leadership on the plans, data and results
  • Build creative and cost-effective solutions with members of the platform and teams
  • Drive full-stack product development with a team of engineers and designers

What You'll Need

  • BA/BS in a technical/business field such as computer science, management, or economics
  • 1+ years of product management/development experience with mobile or web platforms
  • Proven ability to bring simplicity and measurable results to complex, ambiguous situations
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to wear both hats to communicate to stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and do the dirty work
