Administrative fee calculation (based on fixed regular lesson count):
Regular 1 lesson/week: Admin fee equals 2 regular lessons
Regular 2+ lessons/week: Admin fee equals 3 regular lessons
Regular per-lesson fee $601 or above: Admin fee equals 2 regular lessons
Short-term courses*: Admin fees will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact customer service for details. *Short-term courses: Refers only to special cases where the client explicitly states at registration that the tutoring is one-off in nature, or the expected total tutoring period does not exceed one month.
If a student cancels within the admin fee period for personal reasons, tutors may apply for a half refund of attended fees. Tutor Circle reserves the right of final decision.
